Simply install it the same way you would any other package file and enjoy.
If you just want the borders only without the rest of the theme then just FTP the .png files over to /dev_hdd0/game/emulator name/USRDIR/borders/Centered-1080p/
Or use a file manager such as multiMAN to transfer them over. Any borders that have an overlay on them also have a second version with no overlay.
