Are you connected to PS3 through ethernet cable or wirelessly. This will make a difference.
If we all are here to help others , then what exactly are others here for?

I am connected throgh ethernet cable (All hardware is 1 GBit).

Playback 2D works fine.
Playback 3D has Problems. There is no different, if is High or Low Bitrate. Sound is ok, no dropouts. Video are not really artifacs - it looks more, if for a short moment the sync is lost,
Copy the Movie to Internal Harddisk - there is ok. So is no ISO-Problem.

Well if no one else has an answer, all I can suggest is to post in the bugs report here

viewtopic.php?f=77&t=670

I don't bother with the network part myself, so can't really offer any solutions.

I have make some test...
When set the Networkspeed to 100 MBit, everything looks now ok.
When go back to 1000 MBit, the artifacts again there. I don't know why, but with 100 Mbit, I have a Solution that works..
