I didn't mean to hijack but,
This is common problem when someone fail to glitch his xbox, then rewrite original nand, and get 3rod. And my guess that he got the same secondary code as the others, 0022.
BTW DjVirus, you check your secondary error code by holding the sync button and press eject button.
The ring of light will flash rapidly, count how many lights are flashing between each press of eject button (still holding that sync button)
4 lights = code 0
3 lights = code 3
2 lights = code 2
1 light = code 1
You get the error because the nand is not the same as before. Even if you flash it correctly with the original nand you extracted before, somehow it change after flashing. Maybe the nand chip is corrupted or something.
Most solution out there is LDV change, but if we cant get to Xell, how to count the LDV? Even if the LDV is correct, it still got 3rod.
Xbox internal are delicate as hell, You cant go back to stock anymore. All you can do now is try glitching and boot that Xell.
