MTX Freedom PCB not loading games anymore!

Hi,
I installed a MTX Freedom PCB about a week ago and everything was working fine until last night that in the middle of playing a game, the console just hanged and I had to shut down the console from the power button. After restarting the console I can't run any game anymore! When I put a disc in the drive the console just shows a big XBOX Logo on the screen or the screen goes black and returns to the dashboard. Even when I put an original disc into the drive the same thing happens.
If you need to know I removed the external programmer after installing the PCB and I had no problem until the last night.
What is the problem?

try re flashing it

I have done this on my friend's console and he is away in another city, I have to ask him to send me his console to try to reflash it.
I will try to do so, but what I want to know if this problem can happen again, because then it can be a problem because he can't send his console every week.
If there is any thing that can cause this problem which can be prevented somehow, I would appreciate if someone can mention it.

so it went from being your 360 to being your friends, who's is it? also we would have to know all the details of what was going on to tell u if it will happen again. i have learned from past experiences that what your friend tells you happened is far from what really happened

I wrote exactly what he told me on the phone, he was playing max payne 3 when the console froze and the problem showed up. I told him to bring me his console to reflash but what I'm afraid about is that this might happen again and he lives 600 miles from where I live and I can't ask him to send me his console every week.
By the way I had no problem in installing the board or programming it (I even made a backup with the MTX manager and then Locked it). I used CK3 Pro and X360USB.
