When i plug in my USB cable to the external programmer and fire up the freedom manager , it does not detect and the external programmer gets extremely hot.

So i looked at it some more and moved around wires etc.... nothing worked, i took a closer look at the external programmer and it seems that R7 is missing, is there anyway i can get a replacement? cause i'm not going out to buy a microscopic resistor and solder it myself.
