Trident+Marix Glitcher v2 doesn't work

Hello, may I ask for some help? I glitched Xbox 360 Slim with help of Matrix Trident. Console was starting about 15-30 seconds. after that I installed Trident onboard and soldered H & B points according to scheme for Slim. I tried to turn on Xbox 360 and chose blue light of external switch connector - but it was nothing except sound which is ringing when console in turning on. I changed position to the red light - it was the same situation. Arfter that I chose the green light - console started and green indicacator of Xbox 360 was lighting all the time without flashing, but picture on the screen of TV was absent. After that I turned OFF console. I prepared USB Nand Flasher with NandPro 2.0 and tried to flash original nand in GREEN light mode, but the program said that "Flash device is not found". I tried to flash my ready hacked nand for glitch in BLUE light mode - but the every block was flashed with an ERROR.
how do you think, what shall I do next in this situation? If only it is necessary I can make photoes of every one solder point. Thank you in advance.

P.S. I checked every solder point on Trident board after soldering on Xbox 360 motherboard. It was no one short circuit betwen contacts.

you sir have some bridges. do you work in construction? you also have way to much exposed wire going on in there and the soldering does not look that great.

after looking over your install we see several points bridged and we are concerned about the length your exsposed wire. take a look at your points this is one example of a bridge

Hello again. So, at first I removed the Trinity PCB from motherboard. After that I flashed the original NAND dump from Xbox 360 back, because I already had a Glitch Matrix v2. Then I soldered soldered the Trident PCB according to Slim diagram. I tried to do this as carefully as possible. So, you can see this on the photos which are enclosed:

Then I connected black flat cable to the external switch connector and white cable to the Matrix Glitch v2.
Next, I turned ON the BLUE light on the external switch connector and tried to flash Original NAND in the Trident, BUT there were A LOT of errors in the process. The log of this operation is enclosed: http://depositfiles.com/files/dc4wo31pu
So, I was trying to do this AGAIN and AGAIN, but there were only ERRORS. This process was like a lottery: every time there were errors, but every time they were different in different block №.
Explain me, PLEASE, what I should to now???
