Yeah it lags for me as well, especially on the XMMB mode. I wasn't sure what was causing it though and was hoping that it was just me lol. Thanks for letting me know. :)

I'm in the middle of messing around with creating a video icon and AT3 file at the moment. If all goes well I'll add them to the theme and I might update a few other things as well.
(I'm hoping to get some better quality videos for it)
Then I'll post an updated copy that doesn't lag ;)

I kinda jumped the gun on posting this one without testing it properly.

Update: mmCM-twisted has been fixed and shouldn't lag any more. It seems multiMAN doesn't like font files that are any bigger than ~150kb. So I replaced all 5 user fonts.
To make up for the issues I've also added an AT3 file (sound on the XMB) and a video icon.
Note: the video icon is only included in the .PKG version so I included a link to download it separately as well for people who choose the .THM version.

Here's what the video icon looks like:
(it looks much better as a PS3 icon than it does on youtube)

Update: I finally finished a motion background for mmCM-twisted that's been sitting on my computer 80% done for a week.
Basically it's a character showcase type deal. Every 15 seconds it transitions to the next character with their name, an image of their vehicle and gameplay footage of their vehicle in action.
It took me a while since I don't own a copy of Twisted Metal and had to use sources like youtube and streaming services such as Ustream and Twitch for the gameplay footage.
The only character that's not included is Warthog because nobody has unlocked him yet as far as I can tell. I'm posting this now because I don't want to waste any more time on this and I need the 6GB of space my project files are currently occupying.

Here's a mockup of how it looks:

The download link is HERE

Usage: Place this file in: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/
and select video 7 from the multiMAN options menu

Time for a break. See you all when the PS3 port of SSNES gets released ;)

Well I wasn't planning on updating these any more but I've updated all my multiMAN themes for 4.02.00.
The downloads are now hosted on Brewology with mirrors on Spiffy. This way they have permalinks so I don't have to update each post every time I do an update on every site I post them on.

I've also added some previous versions of the themes for people that are on lower versions of multiMAN. As of the time of this post there are versions for 4.02.00, 4.01.xx/4.00.xx and 2.09.02. Spiffy also has links for 2.09.02 but they're in my other thread.
I haven't updated the screenshots in the posts so you'll have to download them to see for yourself. Here's 3 as an example of the new display mode:

I'm getting a bit bored of maintaining my multiMAN themes so I may not update them any more but then again I've said that before so who knows.
I'll probably be going back to 4.01.00 and staying there until a feature comes a long that I feel like updating for.

Lastly, if you're viewing this site on your PS3, the links marked "DOWNLOAD" can be used to download the themes straight to your PS3 without the need for a computer!
Note: external storage device such as an external hard drive or flash drive may be required.
