Thats nice . . .

But I think they should fix what is broken then focus on better features. . . If they are not going to fix it they should remove it from their website. . .

Just my two cents as I am still unable to view DVD's and Blu-rays and I am just letting others know that this "Advertised" feature just doesn't work. . .

If it worked great! I will be over the moon but as it doesn't, I do not want others to get stuck in the same position I am. . .

I think most are purchasing the dongle for games, I know I don't have any other region DVD/BDs (sorry one but I re-ripped it and changed regions) so the larger number probably would rather have games over multi region movie playback. After all PS3 is a gaming system

That’s nice, but where I bought my PS3 (Japan) it was being advertised as a media entertainment experience as Blu-ray players where on sale at $2000USD comparative to the PS3 which was around $600USD. . .

All I am saying is cobra should no promote that a device is capable of doing something if it can't i.e. play blu-rays from other regions. . .

As quoted on their website: "**Blu Ray Movie region free functionality / ** = World's first implementation"

To me the device is useless if it can't come through on its promise of Blu Ray Movie region free functionality. . . I still cant watch any Blu-ray movie from any other region. . .

You seem like a pretty good guy and I'm not here to fight with you. I just am here to tell you like I see it! Majority is gonna win over minority when it comes to money. As for not advertising it (it probably did work quite a few updates ago, latter updates probably killed it) all but a few things on the site never seem to get updated, that would be one of them.

Ok enough of this please. Crying in a fourm about it over and over will not get the issue fixed any faster. I'm locking this thread but will sticky so others are aware there is an issue and so we dont have the same thread over and over.

The Team are aware of this issue and will address it when they feel the time is right so for now this topic is locked
