Do i need multiman

to make a long story short i am new to jailbreaking on ps3 and the first cfw that i tried was keaw but i never could get any of the multimans to run on it. So now i just installed Rogero CFW because i heard it would be better but my question is do i still have to install multiman?? I just want to play backups off of disk and HD.

ps do i still have to install lv2 launcher also?

You can just install Rogero Manager 8.5 and use it if you wish

And you don't need to install lv2 launcher if your using CFW Rogero 3.1
